Together, we lead our customers to digital success: from comprehensive strategy consulting for digitization and internationalization, to the development of the website or the company's own online store, to the support and optimization of all online marketing channels.
As a project manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers, supporting and advising them in their digital transformation and managing their online marketing activities.
Your tasks:
- You are the first contact person for our customers and take over the consulting regarding the topics digital transformation and online marketing
- You budget and plan all project activities and ensure implementation - from the initial idea to going live
- You take over the topic moderation and the project controlling and in the course of this you also control the compliance with all KPIs
- You brief and coordinate the project team and ensure stakeholder interest tracking
- You feel responsible for the project success and constantly identify potentials for customer development
- You actively shape our sales activities
Your profile:
- You have a degree in a technical field with a focus on marketing (or similar) or comparable training
- You ideally have several years of experience in a comparable position at a marketing/digital agency, an online marketing or e-commerce service provider, or similar
- You have in-depth digital marketing expertise and relevant experience in digital marketing projects, such as designing and implementing websites and online stores
- You are confident in dealing with customers, work structured and independently
- You do not lose the overview even with a high workload and always have a positive mindset
- You are a real team player, strong in communication and full of curiosity
- You have a good command of English, other foreign languages are an advantage
